As a chef, mom, and entrepreneur, my journey has led me to appreciate the importance of caring for the environment and creating a business with a green conscience. Coming from a family of women entrepreneurs in the hospitality industry, I've always wanted to follow in their footsteps but do so in a more sustainable and eco-friendly way.

But our philosophy isn't just about sustainability; it's also about sharing our passion for vegan food and cultural diversity with our customers. My name is Loreto Araya Veliz 

I'm the founder of Karmic Kitchen, which was introduced in November 2020 as a part-time project while focusing on being a new mom. As time passed, Karmic Kitchen began to grow and expand, and I decided to return to my roots as a chef and focus on catering and festivals.

My family has always been in the hospitality and event business, so having my own food business is a natural extension of my passion for cooking and food.

At Karmic Kitchen, we're journeying towards becoming a greener business through permaculture. We're in the process of learning and implementing sustainable practices, and we want to share our knowledge with you.
